Simply log into your Paypal account and then click on ‘Tools’.

Select ‘Create invoice’ and complete the fields with all of your business information AND in the box entitled ‘Terms & Conditions’ insert the details that will link your customers to your Terms of Business. Remember to click on ‘Save’.

Here is an example that I inserted on our Paypal invoices: “Subject to our Terms & Conditions of Business set out at www.offtoseemylawyer.com

Better still, there is an option to attach a file, so you could actually upload your Terms of Business to the invoice.
